What is Rise With Whajah?

A small brand making apparel, journals, and mugs with short, honest messages about healing, growth, and resilience. Every design says something on the front and something longer on the back — one line to wear, and one to pass on.

How are your products made?

Everything is made to order. Each tee, hoodie, hat, mug, and journal is printed or embroidered for you after you place your order, then shipped to you. Nothing is held in stock.

How long will my order take?

Because each item is made to order, allow a few business days for production before your order ships, then standard carrier delivery time on top. Timeframes vary by item and destination. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us first and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Which sizes do you offer?

Tees and hoodies come in M, L, XL, and 2XL. Hats are one size with an adjustable fit. Check the size details on each product page before ordering, and message us if you're unsure — since items are made to order, it's worth getting right the first time.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us soon after delivery with your order number and clear photos. If an item is misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right — you won't need to send it back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out as soon as possible. Once production has started we usually can't make changes, so speed matters here.

How do I care for the prints and embroidery?

As a general rule for made-to-order apparel: wash cold, turn the garment inside out, and avoid ironing directly on the design. Ceramic mugs are dishwasher-safe.
